Anastasia Pyschny

Anastasia Pyschny studied political science in Halle (Saale) and Paris. She is a research assistant at the Institute for Parliamentarism Research and a doctoral candidate at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. Her research focusses on political parties and elections in Germany and France. As part of her dissertation, she is analysing the criticism of the process of nominating candidates for the German Bundestag. From January to June 2017, she was an editorial assistant at the Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl), where she has been responsible for reviews since January 2025.
