Prof. Dr. Roland Sturm

Roland Sturm holds the chair of German and Comparative Politics, European Studies and Political Economy at the Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg since 1996. He is co-editor of the journals „Gesellschaft-Wirtschaft-Politik“ and „Zeitschrift für Politik“. His scientific work deals with policy research, the political system of the United Kingdom and federalism and multi-level democracy within the European Union. He has held visiting professorships at the University of Washington (Seattle), the Peking University and the University Pompeu Fabre (Barcelona).
